Who we are
This website is operated by PacsWorks Arabia, Citibank HQ / Al Wasl, next to Wafi Mall, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“PacsWorks”, “we”). For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact sales@pacsworks.cloud.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, organisation, work email, area of interest and your message. When you visit any page, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, as part of normal server logs. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it
We use contact-form data only to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that relationship. Server logs are used to operate and secure the website. We rely on your request (to answer it) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who processes it for us
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside the UAE. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless they lead to a customer relationship. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider’s standard retention period.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Patient data
This website does not collect patient or health data. Please do not include patient information in the contact form. Patient data processed by PacsWorks products is governed by the contract with the healthcare organisation, not by this policy.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
